These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kbk33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kbk33 website located at https://kbk33.cc and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, and payment transactions.

Any balance held in the account at the time of suspension will be subject to review in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms on a promotion page, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all kbk33 promotions:

• Bonuses are issued to the bonus balance of your account and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x bonus amount"). This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling ৳30,000 before any winnings generated from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, and slots may carry different contribution percentages. These are specified on each promotion page.

Voluntary closure: A player may request the closure of their kbk33 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus credit) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to successful completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Closure by kbk33: kbk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A material breach of these Terms has been identified.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited conduct has been detected.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months.

Where an account is closed by kbk33 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent activity, those funds will not be returned.

kbk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, kbk33 will notify active account holders via the email address or contact method registered on their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of the kbk33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
